homeThis could be an intermittent issue that was not in error upon our second tripThe boiler was not working due to our unplugging of it, on our first trip, to plug in a trouble light and a failure to re-plug it in, which we were able to plug it back in on our second trip. We provided service for nearly a decade with the previous owners with complete satisfactionAfter providing service on our second trip we contacted the home owner to insure all the issues had been addressed and she was satisfied Even though we strive for complete customer satisfaction we occasionally drop the ball but to date we have been given the opportunity to pick it up againOur apologizes and thank you for your business
