I brought in my black berry to get a new front lens on 2-21-2013 aqnd was told that I would have to pay 14.99 upfront.and it would take 4 days to be delivered to there store.every time I call or go there they say its in the mail or if the mail there he says that he cant open it until the boss shows up ([redacted] or [redacted]) thats what I get ever time I ask for a refund of 14.99.same old excuse'can you please help me.I know its not a lot of money but ite principle.thank you.[redacted]
