I downloaded a software program from the company ([redacted]) for which I had to pay &79.95. I cannot get the program to work on my computer. I emailed the company and they replied twice with answers that did not solve the problems I am having with the installation of the program. I've sent several emails to them since their last reply to no avail. They have stopped answering my emails for help. Also, I called the phone no. listed for them on the Revdex.com web site and the message I received said they were not accepting calls at this time. They have my money but the program I downloaded from them does not work and they have stopped communicating with me.
