11/27/- Visited Victory Health for a Wellness examI explained to the practitioner (*** ***) my grievances which included my wellness exam and an STD panelThe practitioner also mentioned that I could do an allergy test which she explicitly stated that my insurance would cover it under the wellness exam and that I would not be charged
11/28/- I had to return due to the practitioner incorrectly obtaining specimens the first time and not properly storing blood(Understandable mistake) I was told that my results will come back in about a week
12/13/- Went into the office expecting to obtain all my resultswhen the practitioner pulled up my report, she stated none of my results were present except the allergy reportHonestly, I just wanted my STD panel and wellness labsI did not care for the allergy reportSo I wasted another visit going in and did not receive the labs that I went in twice for
