The ordering process on step took forever, an endless upsell attempt This feels very scam-like

The video is way too long and you cant get out of the long, redundant information that they give at the end of the presentation It really does make me feel as if I have been scammed! I have already given my card info and cant close it down They continue to try to extract money from you after the long presentation

I think its unfortunate that there are so many complaints because its not my experience at allYou are given the choice to purchase either the downloaded version of the products or the printed materials and DVD'sI chose the latter and received them both within daysWhen you buy this version, you're still given access to the download version as wellWithin days of receiving my information, I saw a 'new & improved' version & contacted them by email asking about itMy concern was that I received an outdated version when I should have bought the new oneWithin hours I received a phone call from a super nice guy who explained the second new product is an advanced version for when I was ready to move to the next levelI was really impressed with his explanation and offer to help with any questions I had about the programI purchased both the Metabolic Factor nutrition program and the Metabolic Aftershock DVD exercise programI think these guys, operating under the Natural Health Sherpa are super legitThanks

Love the info, ordered the program, but they really need to build in a button to close the shopping cart and check out! OR, advise how long this is going to go on! I called support over the telephone to see how to check out, make sure I was going to get my products, and stop the webinar! Somewhere there should be a way to end It begins to detract from the credibility, and i'm sure this is a great system and product Thank you

Process to order too long; you're made to listen to sales pitch without being able to skip to final payment section! Too wordy!

This customer was referred to us by a real estate agent that
has previously used our services through the real estate agency she works for
***, my contractor, showed to the job site on the date of the scheduled appointment
at the requested time by the customer with the
real estate agent also present
All parties involved including the customer discussed the work needed for the
customer to sell the houseThey all agreed the work needed was only cosmetic in
order to save the customer money from the sale since mayor work will not
increase the price of the houseFollowing the meeting a few days later the
customer called my contractor and asked for the proposal so the job can start
immediatelyOn April 7, the contractor returned to the house to provide
the contract to the customer he was sitting in his van waiting for the painter
(which does not need to be licensed to provide service) *** was not sitting
in the van writing the contract
It is customary for the contractor to take notes when the initial walk-throu happens and then from those notes generate the contract per the
requirements of the customerWe provided the customer the contract and an
explanation of the services that were going to be done based on the previous
meeting with the customerWe explain to the customers our payment policy; ask
the customer if they understand the contract and if there are any questions
before we finalize the contract with both parties’ signatures, after signing
the contract we provided the customer with a copy of the contract along with
our contact informationIn this particular case the customer read the contract
twice and agreed to the work as described in the contract and to the payment
policy. On the same day she signed the
contract and pay with a check to cover the down-payment we started the job
because she needed for us to finish the job in days to be able to sale the
house as soon as possible*** left the painter working in the house and he proceeded
to go purchase suppliesLater that day around 3:pm the customer call ***
and started to change the scope of the contract stating that more things needed
to be done which were no part of the executed contract During the telephone conversation the customer
stated she had another contractor that was able to do the same job she was now
requesting for a lesser price and she specifically told *** to stop the work
immediatelyAt that time *** told the customer that we had a binding signed
agreement but she was very rude and determined for us to stop the workDespite
having a binding signed agreement *** decided to stop the job and told the
customer that the job will stop however there was going to be a $charge
for the day’s work to which she agreed to pay
The job was stopped on April 7, at 4:pm and the
following day, April 8, *** returned to the job site and gave the
customer her money back minus the $per their agreement during their
telephone conversation the previous dayFrom that moment on the customers has
become offensive and intolerable ***
has over years of experience in the business but our company has only been
with the Revdex.com for one year and had never had any complainsWe always provide contact
information to our customers via a business cards or flyersThis customer had
a way to contact us and she made sure she did that in many occasionsFrom that
day on she has continued to send many belligerent and threatening texts to
*** at any time of the day and night which you can see following this letter
As a company we operate in a responsible manner providing
our customer with many opportunities to voice their opinion and make changes to
the contract before signing itWe provide them with a sign copy of the
contract, respond to all their questions and concerns and we treat them with the
up most respect.

My father, Kirk, bought the Metabolic Aftershock exercise program as a gift for my husband and myself, and we've been very pleased with the quality of the videos and the results of the workoutsvery well researched & designed!

so far these people have given me nothing but great information I hope to be improving my health and I think these people have the power to do it with me

If there is multiple offers on a landing page sequence that is fine as long as there is a way out of the page to complete purchase. The Health Sherpa, however holds you hostage with a threat of increased billing unless you listen to the complete video, two separate videos! I do not like this practice and will never buy from them again!

I listened to the whole thing and tried to place an order, but it kept telling me my address, that I have for everything, was incomplete. When I pushed the back button to just order the online version I got booted out to the beginning. I tried to fast forward through it to get to the order form again but was unable to get there. I don't have time to go through the whole process again.

This starts out feeling like you're getting new information that can make a difference, but by the time you get to the second phase of the purchase, you are stuck listening to a very, very long sales pitch for additional products, and since you can't skip it or get out of it without jeopardizing the purchase process, it really starts to feel like a scam, which is unfortunate because I had high hopes that this wasn't a scam...now I'm not as sure. And in addition to that, after I finally was able to move on and close the page, my order already finished, then there is a page offering further discounts, but my order was already complete. And then to print the receipt, it puts you on a page that you cannot scroll down to read the entire page, so I have no idea what is supposed to be on the bottom of the receipt page because you can't scroll down and it doesn't print that part either. Really hoping I don't have to send it all back, but as of right now, I'm kind of skeptical.
