We hired this organization to re lad our Pella windows that were damaged due to heavy hail in May They suggested reclading instead of replacing the windows The reclading effort was successful and certainly less expense and less hassle than a full replacement They provided materials for my husband to repaint our other windows and they look great We are delighted! In fact, we have retained A&L to replace our current Pella sliding door with a new Pella door

After spending over 16 000 Dollars over several years to replace all the windows in our house I was a very disappointed that the company did not call me back to have one more window replaced. Called the office twice and was told the installer would contact me which he never did even though I left a message on his cell phone. Maybe you have to be willing to spend a lot of money but they don't bother to even call you back for just a minor job. Our previous experience was nothing but positive in every respect. Maybe [redacted] is not in charge anymore?

I had A&L install a new glass shower door for me last week. They did a wonderful job. I am extremely pleased. The quality of the door is excellent and the workmanship could not be better. The two men (Bill and David) who installed the door were friendly and efficient and very good natured Every employee I talked with was kind and helpful. I compared their price with a few other glass companies and there again A&L won out. I understand the owner is the third generation of this family business. As a Colorado Springs native, it is evident to me that this company continues on with the professionalism, kindness, and great service we natives once enjoyed when Colorado Springs was a friendly, small town. I will gladly recommend this company to others. Thank you, A&L!
