I first requested fabric swatches (to enable me to select my couch to be ordered) on February by sending an email to the company - as their website instructedSteve S*** responded on February asking for my address to direct the swatchesI replied the same day and provided the addressThe swatches never arrivedAbout weeks later, on March 3, I sent a follemail asking if the swatches had been sent yetI received no responseAbout weeks later, I followed up again by writing to Steve on April 8, advising that I first requested the swatches months earlier (on February 11), and still had not received themSteve replied the same day (finally), indicating that the swatches were already sent, but he would send another set of swatches the following day - April - via UPSI waited more days, and then followed up again, this time to request a tracking number on April Today is A
