VERY unprofessional. Mr [redacted], the owner of the company, came over to give me a "free estimate". During his time in my home, he began by insulting the decor that I had chosen in the basement, stating that it was a "stupid choice' and should be replaced with (inferior) commercial products, such as commercial tiles and carpets instead of the laminate and residential carpet that was previously installed. Once he was done with the measuring and the insults, he proceeded to try and pitch me on a ponzi-scheme type business, which he spent about 1-1 1/2 hours trying to convince me was legitimate. A few days later when the estimate was emailed, I kindly let him know that we would be choosing a different contractor. It was at this point when Mr [redacted] proceeded to harass me with aggressive emails abut how consumers don't understand that he doesn't work for free. I immediately responded that if there was any cost associated with the estimate provided we would gladly remit payment. And, although he stated that there was no cost, he still sent two more very aggressive and unprofessional emails to my family. I am happy this business is not Accredited by the Revdex.com because they aren't even the slightest bit professional. I will be sure to let all my friends and family know not to let these people into their homes or businesses under any circumstances. A truly unbelievable experience.
