In response to the Russo claim #***:
I am currently going thru the process of having a City Inspector look into the work that was done by *** *** *** *** *** Co., INC(812) ***. *** *** installed the air conditioner lines up against the roof decking
without a protective sleeve. We installed our roof using hand driven nails (they were NOT shot in) that hit the improper line.
I did inform the customer that if nothing is not done by the building inspector, I will pay for this bill even though our roof was installed properly. I did contact *** *** and spoke with the owner and he was not willing to do anything towards making this right except for dropping $
As soon as the City Inspector has finished his investigation, I will settle the bill

I have been told this the past months It shouldn't take the City Building Inspector this long to file a report The building inspector nor A&L Roofing has never made contact with me to set up an appointment to inspect any type of work done on my property Without actually seeing the work that was done, a report can't be generated I need this bill paid either by providing me a check to pay or proof payment has been made before the end of November before this bill is turned over to a collection agency

I met again with Dan, the building inspector, yesterday. He will be sending letters to all three parties which is the homeowner, [redacted] & myself. He explained that [redacted] was in the wrong however, since I did tell the homeowner that I would take care of the charge I will be doing that. I will be sending a check to Mrs. [redacted] within the week minus the $100.00 that [redacted] agreed to.
