On 08/30/my wife and I purchased a Dutchmen RV trailerThey were supposed to check everything and have things serviced and replaced My wife and I used this trailer and came to New Mexico to our property here for a few monthsThe microwave quit working after using it timesOn Friday Nov10th 2017, I needed to take the propane tanks to have them refilled but was denied because both tanks were out of date by over one yearSo I got a 20lb tank from Home Depot for temporary use and called Shawn at A & L on Saturday Nov11thabout the tanks being out of date and what could be done about it since they were already out of date when I purchased the DutchmenHe said he would get with [redacted] on this and I was told to go swap them at Lowes or Home Depot, or even WalmartThey only exchange 20lb tanks hereSo I also spoke with [redacted] the mgr there and he said the same thing except he mentioned that I take the tanks and have them recertified which PROBABLY would cost ME $

The service department is horribleHad my camper over months and constantly made excusesI will never go backI ended up having to just go pick it up and settle up for the partial work they did get doneBe smart, read reviews, go somewhere elseI went here because it was the closest place to me and it looked like a nice placeThe sales department may be fine and they seem to have a very nice selectionDon't let that you fool you, the service department is not worth the troubleIf you need work done on your rv or camper, pass this place up and find another one
