Negative postFirst of all this customer was treated with the utmost respect when she come into our facility we we released her vehicle to her on a day or office was closed she was never looked down upon never talked bad about I understand she's upset due to the accident was her fault we do not set the prices for the towing that is set by a third party company for the police department second of all I never talk down on my wife because I am not married she is putting words in my mouth that was not said I helped her out the best I could and in she puts his report about me I don't feel that this is right to myself nor my company

The dollars winch fee was add because we had to winch the truck off of other car

We do except  checks does towing company they come to pick up the vehicle ** [redacted] refused to fill out a tax exempt W-9 form so unfortunately we told him that we could not accept his check or hit pick up the vehicle without filling out the W-9 form for tax reasons

This customer was not over charged the car was involved in an accident and was run up an inbankment in to a fence we had to recover the car out of the fence and down the inbankment we do not set the priceing that is all handle buy the city please call me [redacted]

Was told at time of payment I would receive a receipt on my phone. Receipt never came and 30 days of continued contact garnered no receipt. Even requested with a stamped self addressed envelope and no effort made to provide a receipt to turn into my insurance company.
