gets into the store, make sure to receive your VDP Order. You will then use that VDP Voucher to sell the unit on your DIY cash register as cash (even if this is a commercial account), and use that receipt to refund the unit as damaged. Once completed, please e-mail me back the Damaged PCI #, labor amount requested, the replacement serial number, and tag the unit as described. *If your state has non-refundable core tax, you will perform a no receipt damaged refund (plus core) as cash, followed by selling your VDP Voucher, price overriding to the refund amount. On the damaged unit, please attach a yellow wire tag to all four corners. Each tag should consist of the PCI label, the AutoZone claim number, and the vendors claim number. A&L Transmission is one of the best transmission shops in town. Not only did they fix the transmission in my 96 Chevy Silverado they replaced the fuel pump,radiator,battery, starter and an oil change for the most resonable price in town and he did it in 5 days. Not only that but he stored my truck until I could afford to fix everything at no charge. These people are very effeciant at what they do and they are very understanding and patient. Thank you A&L for everything you did for me. I hope this review brings you much business.

Review: On, 8/30/13 my transmission was taken to A&L for a complete rebuild. (We paid [redacted], $1700 on 8/15 to have transmission pulled and rebuilt. They sent it to A&L). Before taking it down, [redacted] told A&L there was electrical issues. The transmission was completed and brought back to [redacted] on 9/11. The transmission did not work, wouldn't shift. A&L had [redacted] tow the 2007 [redacted] back down to their shop on 9/16. My wife stopped in at A&L on Monday, 9/23. Apparently A&L thought they could install a shift kit instead of a selonoid. The gentleman told her he ordered a selonoid. Then she returned on 9/30, and the part was on the desk. He told her to give him a day or two. We went down on 10/3 and the part was still on the desk. The gentleman got mad cause he said he had told us they were short handed (but this was never brought up before) He got mad, said "fine, I'm gonna get this done and out of here with no charge" and stormed out. Why should there be a charge, we already paid for a complete overhaul and he was the one who screwed it up. Since then, they made excuses, blamed [redacted] and us for the problems. Finally after dealing with this for this long, we gave them an ultimatum that if they don't fix this, we would take it elsewhere. They towed the car to [redacted] on 10/25. [redacted] worked on it and sent it back to A&L on 10/31. But it didn't work, so A&L sent it back to [redacted]. Today, I went down to A&L to see what's going on. The lady said I wasn't authorized because it was Truckland!s vehicle. After driving home to get the title, she grabbed it from me and yelled for "[redacted]." I didn't want to cause any trouble. Went to [redacted], and they have chosen nit to work on the car until this situation is resolved. The lady called twice and left voicemails saying the title us at her attorney's office and for us to come down and pick up $1000. We have no clue where to go from here. This has gone on far too long.Desired Settlement: Not sure what is owed to us, for the time and frustration.

Our second response was not of complaints, but contradictions from A&L's response to our first set of complaints. But we are tired of the games. When we first decided to contact the Revdex.com, we were hoping through them and A&L we would get at least a little help with this. But we were wrong, we are no better off, in fact, we are worse off cause we still have no working car. Thinking a business who "supposedly" has gone above and beyond their duty to help us, can't respond in a timely matter when returning their responses (7 calender days turned into 18 days, only having to be reminded by the Revdex.com and then requesting a 3 day extension). It just shows what kind of business you are running.
