Hello,I received an email and I'm just responding in regards to this complaintMrs [redacted] scheduled for us to do maintenance for a yearI respectively told her we would do a full clewhen we started and all she had to do was pay us for a maintenance fee of $along as she stays with us for a full year in good faithShe agreedI do this with all my customersI told her the reason she has to stay with us is because we had put in more hours to complete the first jobShe said she under stood and was happyShe then canceled and said come back next yearI tghen told her about the paperwork and she got really upset and told me offShe told me to stop going and never to return because I was trying to get extra money out of herI tried my hardest to explain what we talked about in march and I told her respectively to review all her paper workShe told me that i'm wrong and she was going to let her attorney know and judge? I told her yes mam and have a nice day and we ended the call

*** ***[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]I guess all he said was that I did receive the information He's not telling the truth I have no reason to lie about itI would have never paid him $to clean up that yard it is a small yard there's no way it took six hoursOriginally he told me it took eight hours for two peopleNobody unless they be absolutely rich would pay somebody $to come in and clean their yardAnd I sure never signed or agreed to a one-year contractSo I say again I never received that $bill and I never saw any maintenance or any options until the day I file this complaintThat is what made me file this complaintIf I had agreed to that I would've paid the bill because I've paid every bill sent to me

I am rejecting this response because:After looking through my invoices I never received the cleanup bill for 600$ what a+ is calling 1st cleanup. I never received the maintenance Includes  sheet with options. I was told to send 100$ and that would cover March. So I never received any of these invoices except the one dated April 25, 2017  I never intered into a contract like this and never would have.I never found a receipt for the  initial $100,  I was told to send 100$ and that would cover March..I have paid every invoice that I received from A+ the total being from the end of March till October 16 $1289.13.

[redacted]The first invoice I received from a+ was the $389.13. I had never seen the invoice for $600.00 cleanup until the day I filed in the complaint.  I never would have approved of this amount. A+ is trying to over charge for my aunts small yard. I never knowingly agreed to this charge or a year contract.

Review: I contacted the owner of A+ Landscaping to cut my grass and trim two (2) trees at my personal residence while my family and I were on vacation for seventeen (17) days in July of 2013. The owner of A+ Landscaping was paid in full by check a total of $150 on July 9th, prior to any work being performed, with the verbal agreement that he would cut my grass three (3) times and perform the other work described. While on vacation, I was advised that my grass had not been cut for approximately two (2) weeks and was now growing "out of control." Upon contacting the owner, he advised me that he was experiencing staffing issues and would cut my grass three (3) times within the next week. Upon advising the owner that this was not logical, he agreed to cut my grass three (3) times over the next three (3) weeks. The owner also attempted to trim my trees without success due to the reported height of one (1) of the trees and a large quantity of bees around the area of the second tree. The owner then advised me that he would be returning with a pole saw in the near future to finish the job completely. It is now the end of November of 2013 and my trees have not been trimmed. I have sent daily text messages to the owner since October 30th questioning him as to when he would be coming back with a pole saw to finish the job. The owner has replied only once advising me that he has been busy working a second job. Approximately two (2) weeks ago, I requested a partial refund for the cost of renting a pole saw to finish the job myself. The owner advised me that the approximate cost of renting a pole saw was $40 a day. I have not heard back from the owner with any update despite my continued daily text messages. Unfortunately, I was advised after the fact that this company has an extensive reputation of poor customer service. Before you think about helping the "little guy", please do your research and BUYER BEWARE!!!Desired Settlement: I have made several attempts over the past four (4) months to get the owner to come back to finish the job and to "make it right." I am now requesting a complete refund due to inconvenience and frustration and will contract a different landscaping company in the future for my lawn care needs. BUYER BEWARE!!!
