ALarson and Sons Roofing did a very good job of installing a roof on my house Their service came into play under their warranty I saw water stains on a ceiling in a hallway and Brian came over to check on the issue He went in the attic and found now no water stains coming down the support beams He put newspaper above the stained area on the ceiling and returned months later after some big rain storms to find no water stains on the paper The stains on my ceiling were not coming from my roof but rather an AC duct that Brian determined had excessive moisture due to a few months of high humidity ALarsson also installed a solid seamless chimney cap that will probably last as long as the house The bottom line is that their finished products are very good and their follow up service is even better I recommended ALarsson and Sons to two neighbors who used them and were happy with the results of their new roof from this roofing company that has been in Longwood a long time
I have owned my home in *** in Apopka for over years The golf course fronted, single story home is over square feet with a tile roof As living next to a golf course can result in the occasional errant golf shot hitting damaging roof tiles and Florida weather can cause mold issues and simple weathering Maintaining a tile roof in optimum condition is important to keeping the home looking its best During the entire time I have owned my home I have repeatedly used A Larson & Sons Roofing to do roof repairs, cleaning, and maintenance of my roof I have found them to be excellent and provide not only outstanding service but also at a fair price When needed after storms or to repair any damage they have always gone out of their way to be very responsive and address the issues quickly thereby avoiding any further damage to the home We are in the process now of moving to a new home out of state and during showings of our home have received repeated comments for realtors and prospective buyers on the excellent condition of our home I have provided a list of all of our service providers to prospective buyers and along with summaries of their work and our experience with them A Larson & Sons Roofing is on that list with our A+ rating I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a quality roofing contractor
