According to our invoice a deposit of 50% of the bill is due at the time of drop off. This customer has not paid the full 50% deposit at this time and work has paused until he pays the rest of the deposit to get it to 50% payed off. If he no longer wants the bird mounted he can have the bird back...
but will not get his deposit back because we have already performed work on that project.
