A Laughing Horse Lodge

I sent an email about reserving 10 rooms at a laughing horse lodge. The manager sent me an email about wanting the rooms from July 31- august 4th. The Manager originally sent me an email with more rooms than needed and for 1 week stay. I requested it be changed and on 4/12/2013 and responded to the email including the confirmation so that the reservation would be finalized as stated in the email sent. As I had spoke with the manager once we assigned the rooms I would have them call up there and change the names over to the individual room so that they were not in my name. The manager took my deposit of $2000.00 for all of the rooms on my credit card. After the stay I was due a credit since my rooms and a couple of cancelation charges for 3 rooms. I was given a credit of $773.59 but am due a credit of 1061.28
