Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of my decision appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this response.] Regard my salon is very clean my washer is used everyday all day so yes it is used all that needed was to be cleaned out from the hair built up can not help that this is a hair salon He came int to my business with an attitude and lied about what needed to be done and I have Proof from employees to clients in how he conducted himself at my place of businessyes I had another company come in very professional and took care of my problem with in a half hour and I also have proof of that I told them what had just happened and they also said I had been scammed there is nothing wrong with the Bearing inside the dryer

Customer statement said he purchased dryer within days(May 9th 2016, it stopped working on June 13th 2016) Customer statement shows in days. Cash returns are within hoursRefrigerators within hoursIts posted on the wall in the shop and informed verbally to every Customer

We informed Customer the price of the control board and at the time we ordered it. Informed them that there is only a warranty that appliance worked before we...

left. When the first board got there we installed it and board went bad immediately. We had to order another board. Of course at know cost to the customer. And also determined there was wires that were shorted out was why that board went bad. Days later we installed board again at now cost to the customer. Before the Oven was installed again Customer Husband asked what kind of warranty do they have? We informed them again there was no warranty once its installed. He said OK and we continued installing oven. At the time of installation. Customers wires were reversed inside wall. We informed them of the issue. However a breaker went bad. So we immediately removed the breaker and installed a new one to customer at no charge to them. We tested oven and they were satisfied at the time. Days later Customer called and said her board went bad again. This was not by our actions.  We went back to inspect the oven and in fact determined that the board was bad again. We removed the oven and ordered another board. Manufacturer said we ordered all they had but was putting us on order for another one. The board came in and I spoke to the Customer who said she wants her stove back and $[redacted]. I told her I refuse to give her any money back because we did nothing wrong. I offered to deliver her stove and she said she was busy. I requested Customer call me when its a better time and we would deliver her oven. She got hostile and said we were going to hear from her attorney.
