Please be advised that the locks on the customer's door were installed correctly. After the customer called and complained, we came back to her house to inspect them. All locks were checked and were...

working correctly. Each lock is guaranteed for one year. The complaint seems to be the result of the customer loosing a $100 bill. She mistakenly thought she had given the mechanic 2 $100 bills when in reality she only gave him 1 $100 bill and 5 $20 bills. She became agitated when she misplaced her money. If you have any questions or need any further information , please contact me. Thank you.

Review: The locks on my front doors were changed the locksmith ([redacted]) did a poor and sloppy job installing the lock. I had to call the company several times and wrote a letter to the [redacted]) of the business to have another locksmith come to my home and rectify the lock - the lock was changed - the cost for the 3 locks was $65 each - $195. I mistakenly gave the locksmith 2 $100 bills and 5 $20 bills totaling $300 instead of $200 for the job that was $195. I did not get back the $5 change or the extra $100 bill after going outside to the locksmiths van and telling the locksmith of the mistake the locksmith gave me a $20 bill change?! Obviously when the locksmith recounted the money in the van he had the extra $100 bill which was not returned to me that is why I got back a $20 bill - this is proof of guilt the locksmith left my home like his tail was on fire. The locksmith did hang up the phone on me. I did speak to the owner/locksmith several times over 3 days. This is dishonorable to say the least. A reputable business would satisfy its customers. (I can fax you the bill and the letter I wrote to the business)Desired Settlement: I would like the matter resolved - the locksmith should return the $100 bill and the $5 change and I would be happy to rectify the money issue.
