Review: I made an online purchase from the company on August 31st, 2013. As of October 19th, 2013, I have yet to receive my products. I have attempted to contact the company several times by phone as well as e-mail to get information on my order and why I have not received anything. The company has returned none of my phone calls. I received an e-mail from them on September 19th and 20th informing me that they had helpers receiving their messages which is why they hadn't responded. They also told me that they were awaiting word from their distributor and would let me know the status of my order as soon as they heard from them. I have heard nothing from the company since that date.Desired Settlement: I understand problems sometimes arise between business and distributor. The least they could have done was keep in contact with me to let me know what was happening and the reason for the delay. After this much time, I no longer want any product from this company. I want a full refund and an apology for the way I was neglected.
