The allegations set forth by Mr*** are and misleading. In fact, Mr*** is not our client, Mr*** *** wasWe made several appointments with *** that he did not keep, not to mention the strategy of his case changed as well. The work was completed but Mr
*** threatened that if I did not refund $he would inform every social media, which he states he was very good at. Later, *** *** came into the office, I asked him about a complaint with Revdex.com and he stated he did not make any complaint and further stated that he and his step-father were not on speaking terms because were fighting. *** did not have a complaint with a Legal Place, his step dad decided since he paid for the service he did not wish to pursue. A refund was not issued

I am rejecting this response because:if any of her lame excuses were true she could have just showed a copy of the docs she was paid to write.Instead she did all her hiding and the lies. NOT WAIT 14 mos. later to respond.If she did do the work as she said she did.Produce them in court. SHE"S A BIG TIME SCAM AND SHOULDN'T HAVE A BUSINESS LICENSE.

Review: This business has been doing some QDRO's for over two years, they have been paid in full.

A numerous request by e-mail, hand delivered letters with dateline, calls from other parties waiting for documentation to finish this QDRO's, walk in and meeting with them and walking out with a promise tha on very same day the job will be done, only to receive a call few hours latter and find out that they are going in sircles. Fees where paid half by [redacted] and the other by [redacted].

Payment was issued by [redacted] in full to this business were the person who owns/manage this place is ru and unresponsive. The party who's responsible of holding the retirement plans to be divided has call the numerous time and all calls had been ignored.

My own lawyer give up perusing them and or calling because non her calls and letters were answered.

At this point we are convinced of the high level of irresponsibility this business posses and we are sickening your help and advocate for us. All we ask is that they finished this matter soon with a reasonable timeframe taking in consideration that this behavior has been going on for over two years. If there unable to finish what they agreed upon full payment, to return our money in same way that got paid.

Review: We hired this company to do a process service on a legal matter. We filed with the court then turned the papers over to be served. When the court date arrived we were sent away as no proof of service had been filed with the court.We called the company and were told we could not speak to [redacted] as she had a family emergency. Day after day there was a reson she couldn't talk to us. Then she said she filed the papers and they were lost, she would go to the court. Another two days passed with no response.Now the court has confirmed that no proof of service was ever filed. I have to refile with the county and pay another process service. This is over $100 out of my pocket and caused another delay in getting a court date.There has been no truth to anything she has said to us. There is no proof service was ever completed. Now I believe it is total incompetance.I want the $50 process fee and the $60 fee for my cost to refile refunded to me. [redacted] would not speak to me about a refund. She said its not going to happen.Desired Settlement: I expect her to make me whole on all costs incurred by her failure to provide service.

Review: I hired [redacted] from A legal place on April 7,2015 to help me with child support income declaration as well as for child visitions. I payed her 600.00 in cash and as of today May 20,2015 [redacted] has not submitted anything to the court. My income declaration was due on april and I Called Monterey county and they still haven't received anything. I have called [redacted] numerous of times to check what the status is but I just never get an answer from her.Desired Settlement: 600.00

Review: I have a child support modification that needed to be filed and it's been almost 1 year since I've paid A Legal Place for legal service document filing and they did nothing. I've contacted A Legal Place at least 20+ times for over a month requesting a refund for my child support modification. I have yet to hear back from her or receive my refund.

I call at least 3x's a week leaving polite, professional messages to return my calls with an update on a refund or my modification and again, I received nothing!

It was required I pay prior to receiving any-type of service with my modification documents. I followed every instruction I was given to receive a refund but never did A Legal Place respond to my emails or phone calls. I paid $257 for legal services document filing to A Legal Place and services were not rendered.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of all the monies I paid for services that were not preformed. Hi I just wanted to update you a legal place has refunded my money in full as of today.

Review: I paid [redacted], LDA (LDA %01-06 P.I. Lice #[redacted]) on June 26. 2015 $825.00 to evict a roommate. $500.00 was her legal fee, the rest was for court costs. The 30 day notice to quit was served July 3, 2015 by one of her co workers. The 30 days was up on August 2, 2015.Starting 8/3/2015 I have been trying to get her to file a 5 day notice with the courts and serve the 5 day notice so that I can finish the eviction. She at the present time refuses to do so.In her words "She has to make sure that the form is filled out correctly so that my roommate can't fight it in court." It has now been 12 business days and she can't seem to fill out the form and file it so that it can be served. During this time she hasn't returned any phone calls, I have always been the one to contact her. At this point her staff says that they will give her the message but again she never returns calls.Desired Settlement: Ideally I would like her to finish the job she paid for as in in file the paperwork with the court, serve the five day notice and be done with it. The second option would be to refund the court costs that she hasn't incurred ($325) and half of her fee ($250) since she has only done half the job.

Upon completion of the documents, the Customer requested on two separate occasions that we "hold off" on proceeding any further because she feared that she would not be able to serve the subject. We were advised not to proceed and not to take any further action until she has directed our office to do so. We apologized for any delay and she seemed satisfied with our attention and apology. ?

Review: [redacted]., 10/16/2014Edit I was looking for legal help and found a "A legal Place" after meeting [redacted] she came off a a nice sincere person that wanted to help. She did a declaration for us with no problems. After my son missed his court date we needed to get back to court so on a Fri.we asked her to file a declaration again but we wanted it ASAP.. She agree ,but this time she wanted money up front and that she wouldn't be able to file till Tues. because she was going to Mexico for the weekend, Hmmm.. Well she didn't come back in time. She gave us the run around and the bull for weeks.excuse after excuse.So I finally she answered when I called from a different number and she said no that she did her job, I told her she dropped the ball that it was suppose to have been done ASAP and we had been trying to get a hold of her. told her the case had changed, she said again that she was in a meeting and that she would call me back. I knew she wasn't so here I am, having to file a complaint because she's a total a scam.Desired Settlement: I gave her $250 on a promise that she was going to do a job in a certain time period. She didn't. so she owes us our money back.

Review: Met with [redacted] March 19th 2014, we discussed my case to proceed to modify my child custody case. I paid $200.00 deposit so [redacted] can prepare and have my declaration ready to submit for court. We agreed and signed a contract that she will have my case ready on March 21, 2014. I did not receive a call nor a text, as she does business through text she declares, and on April 2, I sent her a text message stating is my case ready. On April 3, 2014, she responded that the documents were ready for me to sign and for me to come in. I arrived at 5 on and the declaration for my child custody case was completely wrong and incorrect. I met with [redacted] 4 to 5 times prior explaining my situation and what I wanted accomplished in me hiring her. I corrected all the mistakes [redacted] did and she claimed she will have everything revised and corrected ready for me to sign on April 5 2014. I arrived at 11 am as discussed and agreed and [redacted] approached me in a rude. Unprofessional manner that I was appalled and bewildered. She was either overwhelmed with her current clients as I too over heard [redacted] become aggressive and rude with her clients and she became rude to me. She screamed and yelled at me stating she was not ready for me to meet with her and as I was shocked at her demeanor and attitude, I stated I do not want business with her at all and will take my case somewhere else and I Wanted a refund. She stated she would not give me a refund that she will call me later on the day. Of course, no call from [redacted] later that day as I sent her what she claimed to prefer to receive is a "text" I texted and emailed her my thoughts of how Rude she was and how my case was never prepared and expected a refund. She responded with a refusal of refund and how she didn't expect my appearance that day which boggles my mine we agreed prior that we scheduled a meeting that day. Mr. [redacted]'s retained our office for preparation and filing of modification of his custody matter and also requested temporary orders to travel with his children. Our office scheduled a Saturday appointment to meet with Mr. [redacted]. He did not have a scheduled time, but we agreed that he would come into the office to sign his documents once he was called to come in. On that date, Mr. [redacted] came to the office, appeared to be in a hurry, I was with a client and one waiting. In addition, we had an attorney in the office across the hall with his little girl, he was painting. I told Mr. [redacted] that his paperwork was ready, but I could not meet with him at that moment. I further asked if he had received a call from me, being that he appeared? Mr. [redacted] said no, but that he was in the area so he stopped by. When I advised Mr. [redacted] that I couldn't meet with him, but would call him as discussed he became rude and irate. He left the office, to the men's room and at one point raced back into my office, through the reception area and became very rude. He raised his voice, in an aggressive manner and displayed his anger toward me. I reminded him that I would call him as I said I would but he wasn't having it. His behavior was aggressive, demeaning and witness by EVERYBODY in the office. He then barged into my office (where my client was) became threatening and demanded a refund, I explained again that his work was complete but I was with my appointment and one waiting. It all came down to he did not like the "way I disrespected him". In 9 years I have never had anyone barge into my office, disrespect me and behave so aggressively. I asked him to please leave, he was scaring the little girl. He became more loud and finally left. He has since complained on every social media, ridiculing me, my office, my Spanish. The complaints are not straight and to the point, they were condescending and rude.
