I contracted to have my parking lot paved, I agreed on 3" of asphalt on the lot, I have had several issues where the blacktop has only been 1 inch and has failed, the contractor came and repaired several spots and more areas are failing, my lot know looks like a patchwork quilt and has many cold seams which will result in future failures, the contractors solution was to charge me another $9000.00 to top coat the entire lot, I'm not willing to spend more money to fix what was caused by them not providing what I paid for in the first place.
