I had faxed verification of employment requesting my start and end dates with my ending pay rate to the corporate payroll who takes care of these concerns. I did this 3 weeks ago around jan 20th maybe sooner. Once I faxed the information over I called them they let me know that they received the papers and to allow a few business days. Its been almost a month, Every time I call I get no help on when I will get the verifications back they keep telling me its in the process. They cant give me a estimated time of when I will get a response even the supervisors at the corporate location give me no confidence of help. I need these documents for assistance with the state. I am not getting the help that the customer should receive on a professional side. Its been really hard trying to get a response on my own. they act like they don't care about the situation or they don't even try to help u they give the the same answer every call and I call at least 2-3 times a week.
