Review: They charged me 3 different occasions to perform a spot treatment for termites , I had paid the first fee of 1,000 for a barrier treatment then we saw termites again , at first they came for free because it was less then a tear but it was a hassle to get then to come after I paid to extend the warranty or a maintenance fee they never would come even though it says on the receipt they would perform inspection s , I got tired of paying because they never came to inspect if we did see termites and called them they would say they are ants I even drove there with them in a bag to show them at the office cause they can never seem to make it to my house, I finally just settled on paying them cash to perform spot treatments I'm up to third pay ment of 400 and I see a swarm in march when I called I heard what I usually here oh ok we will get back to you a month later I call and hear oh yeah we will call you call you back then they call and set an appointment and the cancel then they show up at 340 pm when they said they would be there from 1-3, I told them back patio is open they can go in to treat back area cause I had to pick up my daughter from school I come home and nothing is done I call them furious and say no what and they tell me oh well you weren't home so I guess that's it, so I tell them listen you cancelled and showed up late and now you want me to just forget and you not come to retreat and I also asked them why if I called in march and it is almost June you expect someone who just handed you 400 cash and 8 months later there is still termites and they say oh well it's Passover so we dont work and I ask them your technicians aren't celebrating passover , I had bought them pizza when they performed first job and I had a conversation with them and remember ed one of them saying they had family from Mexico and they spoke Spanish so I figuredthey are not Jewish and could work on passover , they since have called me back and have tried to label me a bad person for saying aren't your technicians mexican , I had asked that trying to say they could have came to retreat for termites instead of making me wait almost two months since they dont celebrate passover, it just seems they dont know how to treat termites and will use every excuse including passover as a way to get out of work because if a customer calls after you pay for a service usually it is handled , my advice to people is dont use this company because after you pay them you will never see them you will just see more termitesDesired Settlement: Refund and apologize
