On June 2nd around 3:00pm, our limo driver arrived to the [redacted] hotel in Cincinnati, OH to pick up my wedding party. I[redacted] signed the receipt for the limo at this time and specifically didn't add in any gratuity due to this already being included in our final bill. At 7:00pm, we were dropped off at [redacted] according to our scheduled time frame with the from 3:00pm-7:00pm. No further sales receipt was signed at the time of drop off due myself taking care of this at the time of pick-up (3:00pm). On June 5th, I checked my bank statement and found a pending $30.00 charge from Limousine Associates. After speaking to the daytime Manager, she proceeded to tell me that the driver wrote in the $30.00 tip on my final sales receipt because, "the Best Man told him to." I explained that this is illegal to fill in additional $$ amounts without the cardholder/payee knowing about it. The manager proceeded to tell me that she will not reverse the charge because "someone told the driver to add in the extra $30." The manager also said we were 30 minutes over and that we didn't get dropped off at [redacted] until 7:30pm, therefore we should have been charged an additional $80, but she was doing us a favor by only charging the $30. I am completely dissatisfied with this service as we did not go over our 7:00pm drop off time and extra money was charged on my account without me knowing about it. It is completely illegal to add in additional Gratuity and that is UNACCEPTABLE. HORRIBLE BUSINESS OVERALL!!!
