Dear Revdex.com, After reading the company's response, I do not feel that the company wants to resolve this complaintI request that the Revdex.com not close this case This complaint is for issues arising out of the property management fees payment processingI brought in the 2015's issue as a reference Company is absolutely right that I just paid whatever was asked of me back in even though I paid under protest and was not happy about how company handled the late processing of payment issueBack in 2015, I did not file a complaint after making several unpleasant phone calls (the company only referenced one call)However, I am determined to file a complaint in as this year's billing issue is a repeated eventIt is hard to believe that with such high rate of timely processing by the company, my checks are not process/on time - not just once but TWICEIn addition, the way the company responded to my request to check with their administrative staff about the check was just subparI cannot further agree with the company that this is a "case of late payment"This remark is very insulting as it is implying that I'm lying about making payments on time It appears that company does not wish to resolve the issue per my requested desired settlementAlthough I am dissatisfied with the outcome, I have and will continue to pay the required HOA feesHowever, I would like to request that this case be marked as unresolved Sincerely, [redacted] **

I apologize for any inconvenience this situation has caused After reviewing the account, and based on your description of events, we will be removing the $fee from your account There was a delay in the hand delivery service to your address It is part of the past due billing policy for your home owner’s association to hand deliver these notices after days of no payment It is our policy to provide these notices and alert homeowners of their obligation to pay HOA assessments and feesThe balance on the account will be paid in full once the charges are removed In order to purchase a pool card, you will need to send a signed waiver (see attached) back with a check for $made out to Hillcrest HOA Please send it to [redacted] ** *** Another option for a pool card is to come into the Spectrum office at the same address listed where we have waivers that you can sign and receive your pool card immediatelyAgain, I apologize fo rany inconvenience this may have caused Thank you for your feedback and we appreciate a chance to make it right with you We value the relationship we have with the homeowners and associations we serve

Spectrum has called and left two messages for Revdex.com to review this case but I have not received a call backThe first call was at mid last week and the second one this week.Spectrum is awaiting dialog with Revdex.com before proceeding with this complaint. Dear Revdex.com,Thank you for allowing us to respond to this complaintWe are sorry to see the homeowners is upset over the payment issuesWe have reviewed the account and the dialog carefully and reached the following understanding.The homeowner has been diligent in paying their assessments
since we
have been managing this association. We looked into this
complaint about not receiving the early bird discount on the homeowner dues in
and 2015. In they did receive the discount as his check was
dated 12/17/and mailed It was processed before the January due
date for the early bird discount. In the owner stated that they sent
a check in mid December to be paid for dues The check was dated
1/1/and was processed by January 14, The homeowner was not able to
receive their early bird discount. In the homeowner didn't submit
their payment until 2/21/via online check. In order to receive the
discount the homeowner has to pay before January 1. In this case the
homeowner was charged a $admin fee because of the late payment. The
regular quarterly dues are late as of January 29. I have attached
the homeowner transaction history for the past years as well as copies of the
checks paid.Again, we are very sorry this has caused the homeowner to be upset but we feel we have handled the account according to bookkeeping rules and the expectations the HOA Association has hired us to manage.Please do not hesitate to write back if anything else is needed from Spectrum at this time.Thank you in advance.Kind regards,Henrik ***Spectrum Association Management***

Company is absolutely right that I just paid whatever was asked of me back in 2015 even though I paid under protest and was not happy about how company handled the late processing of payment issue. Back in 2015, I did not file a complaint after making several unpleasant phone calls (the company only referenced one call). However, I am determined to file a complaint in 2016 as this year's billing issue is a repeated event. I apologize for any inconvenience this situation has caused.  After reviewing the account, and based on your description of events, we will be removing the $60 fee from your account.  There was a delay in the hand delivery service to your address.  It is part of the past due billing...

policy for your home owner’s association to hand deliver these notices after 90 days of no payment.  It is our policy to provide these notices and alert homeowners of their obligation to pay HOA assessments and fees.
