That is why I called the branch manager and complained to himAgain this company does believe everything their employees say no matter how wrong they are or how much they lie to protect their jobsI was appalled by the way the branch manager replied to his "investigation" and still said all these wrong accounts and is still fabricating the correct way this all went downI have since gone to a reputable machine shop where they agreeded with me on the way this company screwed up my partsInstill to this day say everything I have said about A-Line was and is in fact a FACT and the little words that the customer is always right is in fact the way it is in this caseI know they are liars and the so-called- machinist knows thisThe story he has returned is in fact wrong and the machinist should just admit it, and give me a full refund and be done with this whole made up , fabricated lie they are tying to cover up Regards, [redacted]

We as a company believe that we provide a valuable service at a good price to our customers in all aspects of our business.  We are in good standing in the community and with the business world including the Revdex.com and would not intentionally do anything to jeopardize that standing. Either right or wrong they should have upheld their so called high standard with the community they work in by doing right by the customer. This million dollar company could not let loose a drop in their extra large bucket to keep a potential returning customer, I would not have had to ask the Revdex.com to help investigate this cover-up they are insisting that I was totally at fault in.I have faith in the Revdex.com that they will see the truth here and shame this company for their hatred toward customers in the community and car enthusiasts in the Austin area.

Good morning,This issue has been ongoing since we took this work into our machine shop.  I spoke to Mr. [redacted] when he called to first  voice his concerns about what services were provided by the machine shop and then tried to call him back at least once after our investigation of the...

services we provided for him.  Needless to say his account of this incident is much different then what our investigation revealed and what he talked about during his initial complaint with me and what he has written in his complaint to the Revdex.com.Mr. [redacted] initially complained to me about the price he was charged to have the bushings pressed into this control arms.  He thought it was too high and felt that anyone with a press should be able to do it.  I asked him if he inquired about the price of the work before he left it to be done.  He told be no.  I asked the machine shop if they quoted him a price when he dropped off the work, they said he told them he did not care he just wanted it done.  The bushings he brought to be pressed in where a set of fairly expensive specialty bushings that require some extra care to install so as not to damage or mare the finish, which we did without incident. His complaint about the threads being stripped  was brought up during our conversation but I told him that I would investigate that issue with the shop and get back to him.  My subsequent conversation with the machine shop did reveal that the threads on the control arm did show some damage but was attributed to when the original  nuts and washers were removed from the control arm while it was being removed from the car.  As he alluded to, this is a fairly old car and the area where the control arm nuts are on the vehicle, is exposed to limited road damage.   At the time the arms were dropped off at the machine shop the machinist did point out some damage to the customer, but felt that with care it should not be an issue.  The nuts and washers are not required to complete the work so we would have no reason to screw them on.  After thinking about this and his comments I am not even sure why he provided nuts and washers, especially the wrong ones. If the treads on the arms do need to be rethreaded this can be done without the removal of the bushings.  At the close of our conversation Mr. [redacted] did express his dissatisfaction with the cost of the work and told me that if we did not give him a full refund for the work that we preformed he was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com.  As I stated earlier, when I called him back to discuss our investigation he did not answer or return my call.Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this issue.  If I can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact me.[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I was NOT saying the things that this guy has said. They were fabricated their story out right wrong. I would never say price was ok no matter what. The parts are very expensive and they did in fact damage parts that they added on . Scratched up the powder coating, cut the derlin bushings on two of the spindles and stripped the threads as well as pressed and bent one of the "arms" that was not seen until another shop pointed it out to me. The price was out of line cause they only needed to press in 3 of the required 4 bushings. All parts including washers and nuts were given to them at time of drop off with me saying these ARE NOT THE RIGHT NUTS FOR THIS, TTHEY WERE ONLY HOLDING THE METAL AND DELERIN WASHERS IN PROPER PLACEMENT FOR THEM TO KNOW WHO THEY WENT. I repeat The threads WERE NOT in bad shape when dropped off and the machinist NEVER said anything about them being bad from the start. When I complained to the manager they both ganged up on me never even thinking I might be correct and their guy is wrong about what happened! That is why I called the branch manager and complained to him. Again this company does believe everything their employees say no matter how wrong they are or how much they lie to protect their jobs. I was appalled by the way the branch manager replied to his "investigation" and still said all these wrong accounts and is still fabricating the correct way this all went down. I have since gone to a reputable machine shop where they agreeded with me on the way this company screwed up my parts. Instill to this day say everything I have said about A-Line was and is in fact a FACT and the little words that the customer is always right is in fact the way it is in this case. I know they are liars and the so-called- machinist  knows this. The story he has returned is in fact wrong and the machinist should just admit it, and give me a full refund and be done with this whole made up , fabricated lie they are tying to cover up .
