Dishonest. Brought in 2020 F-150 for front end alignment check after raising the front 2"with a level kit.
Darla,the woman at the front desk informed me that to do an alignment on the new F-150s I would have to purchase replacement Camber adjustment bolts that would add $127 to the cost of an alignment. I asked if they would check the alignment before installing the new bolts and she said yes. I left the truck and Darla called me later and said I would definitely need to buy the additional hardware. I said no thanks, picked up the truck and took it to Beaumont Frame and Front End.
They checked the alignment and found that only the toe-in needed adjustment. They provided the before and after camber, caster, and toe-in readings. Only the toe-in needed adjustment. Cost me $88.50.
