Revdex.com,This letter is in response to the complaint filed by [redacted] ID [redacted] on 3/21/2018, We are sadden to hear that Mr [redacted] was upset with Walnut Medical Services and felt that he could not reach out to us with his issue, so we could get it resolved.Mr [redacted] did contact us in January to place his order with Chris the Respiratory Therapist, as he always doesShe stated he didn't mention the water chamber at that point In February he left a message for Chris on her voicemail and her Assistant pulled the call off and gave him the supplies but has no knowledge about him wanting a water chamberIn March he left a message for Chris and had the supplies sent from the warehouse, but the water chamber we had here so we mailed that item from this locationShe states it was boxed and wrapped as it normally is, but never opened it because It came straight from the factory and she never opens them to inspectHe never called and said that he received the water chamber and that it had an issueHe normally calls and will discuss all issues with Chris so I am not sure why he would not call.Since this has been brought to our attention, Chris has called him directly and explained that we would never give him something used or faultyShe asked him why he didn't call her right away so that she could call the manufacture, he could not give an answer as to why he needed to handle this matter in this wayI also called Mr [redacted] and he stated that he didn't want to get anyone in trouble but felt he had no optionsHe has been a patient since April and I have no record of this ever happening so again I am not sure why he would not call and speak to a Manager or DirectorWe have since ordered him a new water chamber and it was shipped to his home on March 28, I asked him to call me directly with any further issues, he stated he would.Here at Walnut we strive for excellent patient care and we take ail complaints and issues very seriously but can only improve when we know that there is an issueThank you for bringing this to our attention and we will be sure we do not have this problem again.Thanks,Jodi C*** Director
