This company persistently calls me even though I'm on the national do not call listAlso, the automated message states that they are GoogleThis is a fraudulent claim for them to claim or even to lead one to believe they are GoogleThey said that if I don't act my business google page is going to shut down and they are trying to help me
These guys are liars they don't do what they say they're going to do they don't return your phone call they don't return your emails all they do is take your money and then ignore you don't waste your time they are a total rip-off
I just had the same experience as the other peopleThe automated message said that our Google listing would be listed as "permanently closed" and that it was our final notice; I was pretty sure this wasn't true but I wanted to seeI asked if they work DIRECTLY for Goolgle and the employee hesitatntly replied YESI asked what the same of the company was and he said Kivanni so he was lying! Then I pointed out that that meant he didn't work directly from Google, so he claimed Kivanni works directly with Google and that this message about my listing was from GoogleHe said our listing is "Organic" and that all "Organic listings" are going to be taken downI sarcastically said "oh and your the only ones who can help meAre you looking for a payment to do this?" To which he shyly admitted there was a "one-time service fee for itI immediately asked to be taken off the call list and hung upWhat a scam! Google sends us notices about our business without Kivanni, and if Google needed to make you change something they sure as heck wouldn't make you pay for itWhy would a multi billion dollar organization need to contract out some tiny company in Boca Raton to get companies to change or update their listings? They know that don't work for Google, the first lie, and that you're listing isn't in any danger,the second lie, that you need to pay for their service to keep your Google listing, third lie, and that the message is coming from Google which it couldn't because they don't work for them, the fourth lie and it's all illegalCompanies like Kivanni make me sick and should be ashamed of scamming people with real businesses who are trying to make and honest living
They call and say your Google account is compromised and you need their service to keep is current I got all the way to a customer service agent to find out what the name of this company was and how they got my contact info She did not know I asked her to take me off whatever list they used to get my information She just grunted and hung up on me The phone # they called from is XXX-XXX-XXXX

I was called by this company and they gave a good phone presintatin saying they could increase my hit or times They wanted $and I used my credit card They made an appointment the next day via telephone The next day a tech guy called and said he had to get into my web site/computer I let him and he destroyed my keywords and my hits which were running an average of per month went down to the next month I tried to call them but no answer and they didn't return emails I filed a dispute on my credit card They submitted a boiler point answeer and I won the dispute I average 1/sales per month of an book series by Upton Sinclair which gives me $profit a month
