A Little Class Limousine Service

I hired this business for my wedding. The phone arrangement was to drive my then fianc, her four bridesmaids, two flower girls and her son around town for an hour in an air conditioned limo. This happened on July 7, 2012, the day of our wedding. As told to me by now my wife and the other witnesses riding in the limo, first, the air conditioner did not work. The temp outside was over 90 degrees. Second, it was so uncomfortable and hot a bridesmaid got sick and threw up (in the limo). Third, they had to stop at the Valley YMCA to get out of the limo to cool down. Fourth, they requested to the driver to drive them around Spokane but instead drove them out in the country to Valley Ford! I called the business owner and told her about the horrific service (as also did my wife) on July 9th and requested a partial refund. She refused because she denies everything that happened to my wife, her bridesmaids, our two flower girls and her son! A couple of days ago I got my credit card statement being charged the full amount of $195.00 for this horrific service with no partial refund.
