I have to whole heartedly laugh at this complaint because I have an email box FULL of his mean and nasty emails starting from the day after the order was made demanding to know when his order was going to be deliveredHis order has been shipped, the post office is a busy place They picked up his package along with all the other packages from that day and it is on its way through the mail system by First Class Mail as he paid forCustomer would rather berate and belittle our business than see what is plainly written and right in front of his faceWe stopped reading his emails and corresponding on 6/28/because he did not want to continue in a business and professional manner, he just wanted to be mean, nasty, not rational and make assumptions

The website says 1-days it's been almost days and all they've told me is its in the mailThis is getting ridiculous I know it's not in the mail I have the tracking number to prove it never made its way to the post office after daysdays after the order I politely emailed asking how longSince then these people have been unprofessional and nasty and have not helped me in any way all they have done is lied which seems to happen to everyone after I read reviews from other customers.

As I let customer know, the first order was lost in the mail, tracking was never updated. I sent out a new order for them...should be received shortly

We stopped reading his emails and corresponding on 6/28/2016 because he did not want to continue in a business and professional manner, he just wanted to be mean, nasty, not rational and make assumptions.

I ordred the product on 9/22/2013 and the item said to be shipped on9/27/2013. I check the tracking number given to me by email on the [redacted] web site and has no information of it being shipped. It says that the shipping information has been recieved but the package has not made it to the post office yet. I have tried calling the number provided on the web site to no avail no answer and no call back. I have tried the live chat and it says that all operators are busy have tried over 10 times. I have left messages on live chat and wrote emails. It is now 10/11/2013 and still no resolve or even the common courtasy of a call back or email.
