A Little Log Cabin In The Woods

there was some confusion on the reservation of cabin rental on around the 1st of July. I talked to Mrs. [redacted] on the phone, told her the cabin I was interested in renting. The cabin in the cloud was the cabin I had intentions renting, larger more spaceous cabin. I went to pick the key up from Mr. [redacted] on 8/16/2013. Mr. [redacted] ran my credit card before I was given a key, or had looked at the cabin. Mr. [redacted] took me to the cabin, at which time I told him there was a mistake, that this was not the cabin that I had rented. He said, " I am sorry but the other cabin has been rented and it is occupied. I thought I could make the best of a bad situation by staying at this cabin, we arrived on the 17th at 10:30 PM, we found several bugs in the cabin upon entry. My newlywed was appauled so I called Mr. [redacted] at 11 pm, and voiced my concerns of it not working out. Mr. [redacted] again, told me he was sorry, that he could not do anything about it. Mrs. [redacted] got on the phone and offered the cabin I was suppose to get for the next night. We didnt feel that we should be inconveinenced in moving the next morning because they rented us the wrong cabin. The ceiling fan would not work, and we continued to find more bugs ( [redacted] roaches) in the cabin. We decided to leave since we could not sleep; we packed our belongings and went to the [redacted]s residence at 9am. I told Mr. [redacted] I would like my damaged deposit returned and did not intend to spend a second night in their cabins. I had hoped Mr. [redacted] would have been understanding of the situation and not require the second night stay and refund my money. Even knowing we were not going to stay at either of his cabins, he had ever intention of charging my dredit card. My spouse and I feel that the [redacted]s have no respect for their customers, are not concerned if they are satified, and are only interested in their monitary gain. (GREED)
