[redacted]           With immeasurable gratitude, I thank you for assistance/resolution.           I am so relieved.  My reputation was at issue here.  I had promoted this organization and, in fact, at one memorial service the wife of deceased honored had printed out their website information and placed in all the pews.           I have no idea why their service failed to respond in assistance at the first sign of a problem; nor, why repeated attempts caused serious stress/concern.           The fact that your pursuit succeeded where all others failed is a salutation to your competence and empathy.           I am thankful that a Living Tribute is expressing resolution with credit.           God Bless You All.           [redacted]
