To whom it may concern:
We arrived at the call to install the locks There's no way we would have quoted as she states There are a number of locks out on the market and to give a blanket price to install locks, is crazy Some locks can require additional
holes on doors, holes to be expanded and even adjustments so that the latch and latching hole line up properly
We would have quoted $service call
We went to the call to install the locks provided by the customer Based on our own internal investigation into this call we have determined that the technician did arrive late
The technician advised of additional charges, and was given a very rude attitude
He was asked to package old locks into the new boxes Normally we either throw them away, or recycle parts It's impossible to repackage parts.
The customer was so rude, the technician secured the home and didn't even ask for payment and left
The customer was contacted by our company the next day, to make arrangements for myself to come out and figure out the issues.
I went out to the customer, calling prior to going, and customer was not home
Several other attempts were made, however customer was never home, nor would answer repeated phone calls.
Finally, upon catching customer at home, we tried to figure out the issues However the customer would not allow techs to enter the home
She was presented with a bill and she disputed it
We accepted a reduced amount of $for our troubles and went on our way.

The statement the business made is not true. There was no police report and I was not informed that I would be arrested. The remote was not working when it was given to me. I have two witnesses that can verify this company's actions.

This person has already made a complaint with Google which has been answered. 
They have used multiple names and the name that we are most familiar with is Ms. [redacted]. 
On the date we sent a technician out to her location, she called in and asked for a...

quote to repair "repair a remote". 
We are a mobile company and explained that we can send someone out and to look at the remote and find out what is wrong we have a minimum charge of $35.00.   She then said she had two remotes.  We stated each remote would be a minium $35.00 each.  
Upon arrival we met with the customer and went out to the car where the technican was given two remotes.  One was in multiple pieces and the other was assembled.   
The technician went and assembled the remote that was apart and then went back to the car to begin diagnosing the issues which were wrong with the remotes 
The customer then asked him what the cost would be.  He stated its $35.00 per remote to figure out the issues and if it needed programming then it would be $10.00.  
The customer stated she had only $45.00.   The technician stated well it's $70 for two remotes $35.00 each and if it needs programmed $10.  She stated she had only $45.00 and that if he could get one to work then fine, if not forget it. 
The tech asked which remote she would like worked on, she said I want both but if you can't do $45 don't worry about it 
The technician given the customers attitude decided he needed to leave and no longer deal with such an angry person.  He packed his tools up placed them in the van and went to give the customer back her remotes.  
The customer then stated that the tech wasn't giving her back her remotes and she wanted her remotes back and he had swapped them.  Her remotes worked.   
She refused to allow the technician to leave and he had to call for help from the local police department.  
The technician placed her remotes on her automobile and waited for police. 
Police offered to arrested the customer for theft of services for her refusal to pay for services, however we have declined. 
There is nothing further we wish to help this customer with now or in the future.   
We were unable to determine what the cause of her remotes not working was and therefor how could she state we broke her remotes when the remotes didn't work to begin with?
