We did register this woman's child in our Monday evening Spanish class however there were no other registrants so we felt it would be better for her child not to be in the class aloneI left two messages informing her of the change and offered her a refund or a credit to use for another class that would be beginning in the beginning May and she explained to me she would feel more comfortable with a refundI did mail via US Post office a check with the number of for the total refund of and if she did not receive she never called us to tell usWe have served numerous clients over the past few years and have had no complaints as we are happy to accommodate any clients needsWe have never had any complaints and I feel that if the family had contacted us she could come right over to pick up another checkI would be happy to pay her immediately via PayPal if said check has not been cashed

I am very happy to say this is finally resolved. I received my check on 6/19, I deposited it and it cleared on 6/22.. THank you again, without your help I do not think this would have been possible to resolved.
