Dealer was called prior to driving two hours to make sure that the car advertised on Craigslist was still for sale. Talked with ANA the salesperson responsible on the listing. She positively confirmed that the exact car listed was on the lot, had the year, model, mileage and price as listed and that a Carfax would be provided and that she would have the car ready for me to see. I then drove an Hour each way only to find that the car did not exist and that they had other cars at double the price or that was completely different then the one advertised. My complaints about the bait and switch was uncaring and my threat to report them met with a we don't care and you don't scare us. Do not under any circumstances buy from this shoddy dealer. They deserve the "F" rating and their rating should have a few letters after the "F".
Please do not do business with this company, they knowingly sold a vehicle to my boyfriend with bad front brakes AND a bad timing chain. We had no choice but to pay well over $1500 to fix these issues because "this is what you get when you buy used" (the response we got from them). The paperwork trail is shady to say the least, and we have yet to receive any of the paperwork he signed. It's nearly impossible to get a straight answer from anyone when you call, you MUST go there in person. Completely and totally unprofessional.
