AMA Alarms have been solve. AMA Alarms issue the check to clear the payoff of the remaining of contract with the previous company, Vivint. Thanks [redacted]

Review: Mr. [redacted] drops by my house to offer to change Alarm Monitor Services from Vivint to AMA Alarms with Central Security Group-Nationwide Inc. as their alarm system. During his presentation, part of the PACKAGE will include for AMA Alarm to "BUY OFF the remaining of the contract with Vivint Alarms. After 4 days of the agreement (1 day before the 3 days of grace to cancel the services) AMA Alarm was not fulfil his part of the agreement to buy off the remaining of Vivint Alarms contract.

I maintain communication via TEXT messages that I keep records of conversations, trying to find out why still no action from then to resolve this issue. After few more days of "THEN" trying to solve the issue with Vivint Mr. [redacted] advice to contact Vivint to find out how much was remain of the contract. I contact VIvint the next day and find out that: Mr. [redacted] was impersonating me without my approval or knowledge trying to gain access to Vivint account to cancel the services. Mr. [redacted] DID NOT presents himself as a representative of AMA Alarm. After I identified myself and explain that I was trying to change Alarm services VIvint representative inform me that Vivint Comp was on Legal process again AMA Alarm due to copyrights violations of alarm equipment, False representation claiming AMA Alarm is part of Vivint Company, and illegal "Door to door soliciting" practices.

Vivint advise me to check with the City of [redacted] and The Home Owners Association to verify if they have issue a DOOR TO DOOR SOLITING PERMIT. I contact the city of Temple and my HOA and neither have issue a permit to conduct business on my residential area.

Also advise me to contact Central Security Group-Nationwide Inc. by phone and mail about cancelling their monitoring services before 3 days due these issues.

Vivvint advise me the remaining of the contract to be BUY OFF was $689.90.

I call AMA Alarms owner, Mr Henry Taylor via phone and text and he AGREE to pay the $689.90 of the remaining of the Vivint contract.

After 6 days without any type of communication from then I decide to reach Revdex.com for help.

Thanks [redacted]Desired Settlement: That the contract/service be cancel.

Pick up all AMA equipment.

Vivint equipment be reinstall.
