So this complaint involves McDermott Top Shop, LLC, our customer The Home Depot and the end customer *** ***. I dug into this job and found out there were several communication issues between all three parties and we take responsibility for our part in that. The faucet that the
customer picked out does not work with her countertop, the handle hits the backsplash. We have been in contact with The Home Depot and from what we have been told they refunded the customer the money she paid on her original faucet so she could pick out a new faucet
