I got referred to *** of A&M by my neighbor, who said he did excellent work at reasonable ratesSo I contacted *** and he came out to my house within a day or two*** submitted a quote to replace the existing heat pump I had, which was getting old, noisy and likely not to make it through another brutal desert summerNot only was his price quote significantly lower than what three other firms provided, it also included a unit with a higher SEER ratingI told *** I wanted A&M to replace the unit, and he had it scheduled in less than a week*** and his long-time fellow technician *** showed up at the house at 9AMBy 1130AM, the old heat pump was on its way to a salvage facility and *** was showing me how to set the new thermostat that controlled the new unitWatching these two guys work together was like watching a symphony conductorThey did not get in each other's way and support vehicles (crane truck, salvage truck) showed up and left exactly when they were neededI was totally impressed by what they did and extremely grateful to them, and to my neighbor for recommending A&M Air to meVery friendly guys too, who definitely know what they're doing and they do it for very reasonable charges ,
