My refrigerator needed repair since the icemaker did not produce ice. It took 3 days for us to schedule a time for service. The technician (his name is [redacted]) did not show up as scheduled TWICE (without any notification)! The excuse was that he was too busy with other jobs.It took two trips for them to fix the problem and I was charged twice.Today, eight weeks later, the icemaker is not working again. I tried to call them 3 times but no one answered the phone.
