2000 chevy monte carlo was purchased on june 9 2012 with a down payment of 1800$ with a balance left of 2,255.63 $. Adrian Smith agreed to a bi weekly payment of 155$. Car was driven for maybe 7 times total before it broke down on june 28 at 1 am it was then towed later that morning by the cleveland police dept. the car was then released later in the day on june 29 2012. car would not start so I had to pay for a tow which I did not get until sunday july 1 2012. since A&M was closed it got towed to a local buy here for storage and A&M recieved the car within the first week of july 2012. first they said it was the starter, took them more than a week to figure out the issue was not a starter but a motor...they then had the car foe over a MONTH without not even a phone call to let me know the status, and my phone calls were dodged. he refused to give me my money back and went to a auction to getme yet another piece of crap car, I said forget it and took the monty carlo back on aug 16 2012. owner was informed I would not be making a payment until about the same amount of time it took him to get me my car back because of financial situations due to me not having the car for that long period of time. 30 day tag expired sept 16 2012. adrian called a week prior saying "bring me something so I can give u your 30 day tag, I know it wont be the full amount but bring something" I agreed. called him on sept 17 2012 to let him know I was on my way to bring him something, he then says he needs the full amount before he can give me the tag, we go back and forth for 5minutes because I couldnt understand what changed in a week??? he wanted over 200 $ that I didnt have, I told him I wouldnt have the money for another 2 weeks and 2hours later he repossesed the car. I went to talk to him the next day and he tells me 400 for the tow and 400 for my payments I missed... SCAMMED
