I attempted to make a purchase on there website Thursday 9/21/I received an error that my shipping address must match my billing addressI called the bank to make sure they did match and they did so I tried to process the order again my card was declined once more so I stopped trying and sent a messageI check my checking account and I have two withdrawals from the company, went online to look in my recent orders nothing shows up there checked my email for confirmation and I don’t have an emailFriday morning they responded to my message saying the bank controls thatI kept reiterating that I understand the addresses must match but if my method was declined why was I charged twice?
