xxxxxx xxxxxx brother, xxxx xxxxxx, didn't ask me for permission to take my old materials. He did take them and that made me upset. I did discuss with xxxxxx about the billing statement. I feel he was not clear. xxxxxx xxxxxx explained the bill to me but was very vague. He did give me the price but he said it was all together and included. The price went up and that's what he expected that I will receive in insurance to pay me.
