About 2-year ago I bought through retailer AMD product FirePro Wgraphic card for which I paid $Last week the card stopped working suddenly and therefore it is dysfunctional anymore I have contacted AMD customer service and they replied ticket No: XXXXXXXXXX that this card has years warranty from the date of purchase and requested to provide the original receipt of purchase in order for them to do something with the defective cardI have replied that I cannot find the original proof of purchase but I still have original box
It was their response that without a proof of purchase there is nothing they could do to help me
This FirePro W series graphic card is claimed by the manufacturer to be the high end product graphic card That to me, as a consumer, means that AMD company should stand by their claim of high end product not only with years warranty but also to offer a solution even beyond that
