Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/08/31) */ Contact Name and Title: Kerry [redacted] Service Manage Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: ***@amfarmcenter.com I spoke with Mr [redacted] per phone call when he first had issues with his John Deere ttractor blowing engine all over.Mr [redacted] visted my office twice and requested a phone number for John Derre & Company because he felt that Deere should pay for the repair since the tractor has around hours of useThe tractor is years old and basic warranty was valid for two years from purchase dateThe second vist Mr [redacted] came back to my office because he lost the phone number for John Deere which I wrote it down on a piece of paper and gave it to Mr***I advised him that the fuel injection pump was allowing fuel to fill the engine crankcase abd would have to be removed and sent off to a repair staionMr[redacted] asked me how much it would cost and I advised I was not sure with out the repair station looking at the fuel pump but gave him a range of $to for the repair station to fix the pumpI did not quote him any price for our labor to remove the pump.I recieved phone calls from Mr [redacted] which I answered all and spoke with him.Mr***.I never recieved any calss from him that I did not respond to him directlyMrVsos has called by cleark timess in the same day and argued with herWednesday August 26,I call Mr [redacted] and left a message on his phone to call me backI still have never recieved a phone call from himI have help Mr [redacted] out several times May 29,I worked on the same tractor and wrote off $in labor, June 19,I worked on the tractor and never charged him with any repairsI feel like I have done nothing wrong at this time OFFER: The repair bill was invoiced in the amount of $I will settle with Mr [redacted] for $ Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/09/09) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I appreciate all the help you have given usWe did pay for the tractor, not because we feel A & M was right by no means, only because we need to cut our grassAs far as their response it is a flat out lieThey have never done any work for free on that tractor, EVERIt has always been a paid repairAs far as [redacted] saying that he talked to us everytime we called that is also a LIEHe called us back time and that was after we had told the clerk that we had gone to the Revdex.comI will still proceed to spread the word that A & M Farm center in Valpo is THE WORST company to work with and they will RIP YOU OFF BLINDThey are filled with liesI contacted John Deere as well to let them know that this company is wrong and making them look bad as wellWhen I called today to pay my bill they proceeded to tell me that I still owed If I did not have the letter from you guys they still would be arguing that they did not lower the priceEven the lady said that answers the phone, Bev I believe, her exact words were "I have told this guy many times to give estimates outThis is terrible" So again thank you for your help but I am sure you will be hearing from other customers about this businessTerrible company Final Business Response / [redacted] (4030, 10, 2015/09/23) */ In response to this case submitted against our company I am sending copies of work orders that show that either A & M Farm center paid for or no labor was billed to the customer on a year old tractorI spoke with my Service Clerk about stating to the customer that she has told me many times to give out estimates and her response was the customer had called in on a Saturday and ask for me, Her response to the customer was that I was off and she would leave me a note to return his callI did call the customer and left him a message to return my callStill to this date I have not received any call from the customerI do agree that he called John Deere and Company but not to complain about A & M Farm Center but to ask for assistance in paying for the repairs on his tractorI personally gave the customer the phone number twice for John DeereThe problem of who did what or who said this will keep going on and on with no resolutionThe customer has his tractor and does not want to do business with A & M Farm Center anymore and that is fineI know what steps I did to take care of this customer and I feel good about itI hope that no other company has to deal with lies from this customer

I spoke with Mr. [redacted] per phone call when he first had issues with his 990 John Deere ttractor blowing engine all over.Mr....

[redacted] visted my office twice and requested a phone number for John Derre & Company because he felt that Deere should pay for the repair since the tractor has around 200 hours of use. The tractor is 15 years old and basic warranty was valid for two years from purchase date. The second vist Mr. [redacted] came back to my office because he lost the phone number for John Deere which I wrote it down on a piece of paper and gave it to Mr. [redacted]. I advised him that the fuel injection pump was allowing fuel to fill the engine crankcase abd would have to be removed and sent off to a repair staion. Mr.[redacted] asked me how much it would cost and I advised I was not sure with out the repair station looking at the fuel pump but gave him a range of $300.00 to 1300.00 for the repair station to fix the pump. I did not quote him any price for our labor to remove the pump.I recieved 3 phone calls from Mr. [redacted] which I answered all and spoke with him.Mr. [redacted].I never recieved any calss from him that I did not respond to him directly. Mr. Vsos has called by cleark 3 timess in the same day and argued with her. Wednesday August 26,2015 I call Mr. [redacted] and left a message on his phone to call me back. I still have never recieved a phone call from him. I have help Mr. [redacted] out several times May 29,2012 I worked on the same tractor and wrote off $500.00 in labor, June 19,2012 I worked on the 990 tractor and never charged him with any repairs. I feel like I have done nothing wrong at this time.

The repair bill was invoiced in the amount of $2028.20. I will settle with Mr. [redacted] for $1850.00.

I appreciate all the help you have given us. We did pay for the tractor, not because we feel A & M was right by no means, only because we need to cut our grass. As far as their response it is a flat out lie. They have never done any work for free on that tractor, EVER. It has always been a paid repair. As far as [redacted] saying that he talked to us everytime we called that is also a LIE. He called us back 1 time and that was after we had told the clerk that we had gone to the Revdex.com. I will still proceed to spread the word that A & M Farm center in Valpo is THE WORST company to work with and they will RIP YOU OFF BLIND. They are filled with lies. I contacted John Deere as well to let them know that this company is wrong and making them look bad as well. When I called today to pay my bill they proceeded to tell me that I still owed 2028.20. If I did not have the letter from you guys they still would be arguing that they did not lower the price. The customer has his tractor and does not want to do business with A & M Farm Center anymore and that is fine. I know what steps I did to take care of this customer and I feel good about it. I hope that no other company has to deal with lies from this customer.
