Absolutely AMAZING customer service!!!!! The whole process with A&M was GREAT and CONTINUES to be GREAT!!! The salesman, *** Caballero, was FANTASTIC and spent a lot of time and energy to answer questions, get answers directly from manufacturer, and explain everything He assisted with everything I needed, even into the installation Juanito and Rene did an AMAZING job at the installation with their team and Juanito and Roy were FANTASTIC and accommodating with any adjustments that were needed It's construction and in construction you're putting a square peg in a "squareish" hole, so although there were several adjustments needed, the entire staff responded, did so amazingly fast, and even after the job was done they have given the same level of AMAZING customer service for any follow up questions or concerns This is a company where all of the employees speak so highly of their owner that you know they take pride in their work and are happy to go to work everyday After having a horrific experience in my old home with another, out of business, window company, A&M has MORE than exceeded all I could ever ask for and I would recommend them to everyone and anyone!!
