In response to complaint [redacted] 0, this unit has incurred several large maintenance issues during Mr [redacted] ’s two year tenancy including replacing a tub and surround, repairing/replacing multiple parts on the a/c unit, repairing toilets and replacing the hot water heater All maintenance items were repaired in as timely a manner as possible with the scheduling restrictions imposed by the tenant AMJ’s maintenance supervisor and I have spoken with Mr [redacted] on numerous occasions to schedule work and while the work was being completed to make sure that he is satisfied and understands what we were doing to complete the work The most recent visit to address Mr [redacted] ’s additional concerns about the bathtub were scheduled and addressed personally by our maintenance supervisor and it is our understanding that Mr [redacted] is satisfied with the work that was performed We have not heard anything to the contrary Sincerely, [redacted] Residential Property Manager
