Customer did purchase said ring when stated. If a potential buyer asks us what our return policy is, we tell them "Full refund within business days of purchase with receipt - Store credit within days of purchase with receipt." Since customer did not ask our policy we did not
verbally tell her. HOWEVER - our policy is clearly posted at the counter where receipts are made. This is a classic case of buyers remorse. I'm sorry she has hardships, however we have to draw the line somewhere - especially after months. Thank you, Andy M

I am rejecting this response because: There was no posted return policy at the counter and wasn't stated when I made the purchase. My three receipts state at the bottom of them " All claims and returned goods MUST be accompanied by this bill". There is no return policy stated on the website or in store and they neglected to verbally tell me their policy.Therefore it is reasonable to assume according to the receipt, that a customer can return an item at anytime as long as you have the receipt. Most businesses have clear returnpolicies stated and length of time that a return can be made.
