On Wednesday, October 18, 2017, my General Manager [redacted] and Plumber [redacted] met with Ms. [redacted] at her home at approximately 5:00 in the afternoon to address here complaint/concerns regarding the work Reeh Plumbing did for her back in October 2016 and to try and determine why she is...

still having issues with her bathtub drain.  After a brief explanation of her concerns followed by a verbal review of the work performed by my company last year with Ms. [redacted] proceeded to access and camera the sewer line in the direction of the city tap with Ms. [redacted] present.  They were able to show her the line was clear and that there were no issues with the sewer line installed by Reeh Plumbing.  [redacted] then had [redacted] turn camera around in order to view the existing building drain under the concrete foundation of the home.  They were able to camera up to the vent line and [redacted] explained that to Ms. [redacted] and she understood what she was looking at.  There is a copy of the sewer line video for review by request. With the aid of the video camera all agreed that the building sewer installed last October by my company and existing building drain was clear of any obstruction.  After further investigation it was determined that the reason the bathtub drains so slowly is due to a failing tub drain.  At Ms. [redacted]’s request, options and verbal quotes were discussed as to how to address the tub drain problem.  I appreciate Ms. [redacted] allowing us the opportunity to address her concerns, resolve the matter and to continue to use Reeh Plumbing for her plumbing needs. Sincerely, [redacted], OwnerReeh Plumbing
