the exhaust pipe for 6-8 hours to achieve a polished aluminum chrome like finish, the end result was amazing. We have pics on our Facebook page to show the high quality work Paint & Powder Pros LLC did on this exhaust pipe. We went above and beyond to make this customer happy and we still took money off when the customer wanted a cheaper price because the customer said the pipe had a "flaw" as the customer said. If the pipe was ruined the customer wouldn't of paid for the job at all. We delivered the pipe to the customer and he paid the bill. We had a 4.8 out of 5.0 Google review rating before this false review. We take pride in our work and we are one of the busiest powder coating, wheel repair, paint shop, one stop shops in the city because we provide great customer service and very high quality work. There was nothing I could do to make this customer happy and it is a shame that we received and Revdex.com complaint and a Google 1 star review from providing great high quality work.

The pipe I brought to them was brand new and I have the receipt to prove it. I purchased it to be installed on a show bike. If there was ever any rust on it, it would have been because they stripped the chrome off and left it lying around bare. In the time they had it, it certainly would have had time to corrode. This was the first time I have used them and only did so because Aesthetic Finishers was backed up and they told me they could have it done in a week. That turned into four months. They failed to meet deadlines and failed to coat the pipe the way the manufacturer of their product instructs. I was in contact with that company as well as Paint & Powder Pros. Every time I called PPP, I was given a different excuse by a different person. They admitted problems with their procedure in spite of being instructed my the manufacturer of the ceramic product. There are bare spots in the finish they applied where they apparently sanded it off inadvertently. And the majority of the pipe has a flat to hazy appearance when it was supposed to come out shiny almost like chrome (hence the name Chromex). They never finished the pipe correctly and I am going to have to either scrap it, replace it, or get a reputable company such as Aesthetic Finishers to redo it. I believe they should just buy the pipe from me outright so I can get a new one. They should also pay the cost of having the new one coated at Aesthetic Finishers. Lastly, since I did actually pay them something out of pity for the work they claimed to put into it, they should include a full refund. Let's just call it $1500.

I am not replacing any part for this customer he paid for the job in full and left happy, if he was so unhappy he would refuse to pay for the job and made us do it over this customer is literally trying to get something for free and it's not gonna happen I'm done with this case I will not do anything else to make this customer happy so it is what it is at this point

The picture you included looks like one of the ones I sent you demonstrating what the product SHOULD look like when applied properly…shiny almost like chrome and consistent. The pipe they coated for me doesn’t look like that. It’s hazy, flat, and flawed with specks all over it and a couple areas where they apparently polished the finish right off the pipe.
